Telemarketing Executive / Business Development Executive

    Role & Responsibilities:

    The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Handling customer queries
  • Provide information about services
  • To convert all enquiries into appointments
  • To schedule appointments & drive visits
  • Follow up with Missed Appointments
  • Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization
  • Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months Call Center Experience.
  • Good Communication Skills and English should be Fluent.
  • Outbound sales or lead generation experience is must.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC
  • Business Development Executive

    Are you an experienced in Business Development with 1-3 years of general experience, with 1+ years of Sales and marketing related work?

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the team on targeting the verticals
  • Follow up with clients
  • Pitching our services to clients through Calling/Emailing
  • Convincing potential clients about our service
  • Managing collections for the accounts being managed
